Harvester forestry cab with heated and cooled seat provides a comfortable and smooth ride. The forward positioned cab with LED work lights offers optimal visibility day and night. The rear hinged door allows quick access to the harvester or mulching head. Weiler’s control system features an easy to use operator interface.
The proven x-design carbody and forestry-duty track system provide strength and durability. Side rails are designed so that debris does not collect. The fully guarded lower frame has integrated, welded track guards, with Cat® 330 HEX track assembly and extreme-duty top and bottom rollers.
Durability is delivered through up-sized components including a large swing bearing, heavy-duty swing drive, purpose built final drives and Cat® undercarriage. The H357 is built tough to handle rugged terrain and tough logging conditions across the globe.
The layout of the H357 offers excellent service access for daily maintenance checks and major components. The opening gull-wing doors provide a stable work platform offering safe and comfortable access all around the machine. Large hinged service doors around the machine make all major components easily accessible.
The Weiler FH220 fixed harvester head has a rugged 2 feed roller design that offers quick feed speed and plenty of torque to get through a multitude of species and tree types. With optional topping saw and bottom knife, the head is designed for hardwood delimbing and efficient processing.
